The shinsengumi okamas. Because Gintama is pure crack and this isn't even as worse as the other stuff you get to see on Gintama.

YAMAZAKI: the spy, or the sporty okama (whose 1st name I have forgotten! Sorry!), capitalizing on his love for badminton to sell. You go sister!

KONDO ISAO: the shinsengumi leader, or ginger okama (he could've been scary okama, but the silver-haired okama of Kabuki-cho got him beat on that score. Also, he may be in drag, but he's about the MANLIEST MAN I have ever drawn).

HIJIKATA TOSHIROU: the demon vice-captain, or posh okama. Relegated to security ever since he made the costumers barf by making them order the HIJIKITA PORK SPECIAL (MAYO!).

OKITA SOUGO: the genius 1st squad captain, or baby okama. He also doubles as sadistic okama, whenever costumers get too touchy feely.

Thanks to that okama episode, guys in drag basically became canon, just as barfing and picking noses and whatever the hell it is Sorachi-sensei wants his characters to do. You know how when you make a character, you feel like you want them to be really cool, even the villains, so you only make them do cool things (especially true for romance-type -super bishojou!- comics)? Well, Sorachi-sensei probably never got that feeling. His lead character, Gintoki, once even walked around Edo and got caught on tape with his fly open.
